Our Kids Day Camp Programs Our camp has 3 divisions. Tot Town, for 4 to 5 years old, Junior Camp, for 6 to 9 years old and Senior/Teen camp for 10 to 14 years old. Each division has a Director and the groups are further divided into age groups. Each division has their own line up and lunch area. All our programs are centered around having fun in a safe environment. Campers of all ages engage in many different sports, swimming, special camp events, hiking, nature walks and canoeing. Some activities are kickball, gaga ball, soccer, basketball, wiffleball, capture the flag, dodgeball and arts and crafts. We have special activities: color war, Halloween, tye dye day, wear your favorite sports team jersey, to name a few. Our activities encourage socialization, build self-esteem and confidence. Each division is separate and has their own gathering and lunch area.
TOTS Our Tot Program is designed for children going ﷯ into pre-K or Kindergarten. We require our tots be fully potty trained. Our tot program is NOT a daycare setting. They are not kept in a confined area. Our tots engage in many of the activities as the rest of the campers. They are out exploring every part of camp and enjoying many activities. We require our tots to have prior socialization with children their own age. Some parents will want to send their children to camp to﷯ get them ready for school, which is great, but they do need prior structure and socialization skills. There is so much stimuli in our daily activities, that some are just not ready for camp. Which is fine. We encourage our parents to work with us if their schedule allows. We have had many successful outcomes slowly introducing our tots﷯ into the program. It’s a long day for our little ones, who aren’t used to being active all day, without naps.  JUNIORS Our Junior Program is designed for campers entering the first grade through the fourth grade. They are further divided into groups according to what grade they are entering. We help our Juniors develop skills, which they will use for years to come. ﷯They will have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of sports, they will learn about our environment, swim, canoe, hike, and be creative. Our activities center around sportsmanship, caring for others, improving listening skills, treating each other with respect, making friends and having fun in a safe environment.
SENIOR/TEEN Our Senior/Teen Program is for campers entering the fifth grade through the ninth ﷯grade. They are further divided into groups according to what grade they will be entering. We pride ourselves in being a traditional day camp with a NO screen policy. We want our campers to have fun in a safe environment and learn ﷯how to improve on their socialization skills, gain self-confidence, make friends, laugh, play, learn new activities and just be a kid. Over the years, there has been a lot of pressure put on our kids and we want the camp experience to take some of that pressure away. A child should only worry about having fun in the summer! NEW CAMPERS We require parents come for a tour with their child before camp begins. We like to meet our new families and feel it is﷯ important for our new campers to see camp before they start. The first day is less stressful when they are they are familiar with us.
